College Team, new life for swim team uniforms in the Boneswimmer Fall Collection

College Team, nuova vita alle divise delle squadre di nuoto nella Fall Collection Boneswimmer

For Boneswimmer swimsuits, you need a beastly physique

Two models wear College Team Boneswimmer swimsuits in the pool

For a swimsuit from the College Team series, the athlete alone is not enough, you really need the physique: "fits the role" could be its motto.

Amid the team’s fun, the fantasies and color schemes of Boneswimmer swimsuits emerge: bright primary colors set in contrast. Graphics that recall the simple yet hugely ironic style of ’60s-’70s Hanna-Barbera animations.
Colors taken from afternoons spent watching Wacky Races on TV, when every race was more absurd than the last and the dog Muttley shouted “medal! medal!” with the same passion a coach shouts: "oooh oooh oooh" from the poolside.
The graphic recalls exactly that aesthetic: sharp strokes, clean lines, stylized expressions from early cartoons.

Then the soundtrack starts. Because every team has a chant and the College Team chose the only one capable of turning a pool into a pop wave. The bell rings. Locker noise. Britney Spears’ voice, “…baby one more time.”
You feel in the water in your swimsuit with the same conviction as someone preparing for the final of finals at the campus.

This is exactly the heart of the College Team:
the exaggerated joy of after school,
the colorful vibe of vintage cartoons,
the spirit of belonging that passes from one swimsuit to another like a team secret.
And it is always unity that makes strength.

FLY – Butterfly

Fly’s shark looks like a distant cousin of Muttley who’s hit the gym and demands the medal before even diving in.
He has that campus superstar look: square jaw, haughty fin, and a snobby attitude that says “I always win.”

BREAST – Breaststroke

Breast’s frog is the amphibious version of a college linebacker: an XXL. Huge pecs, dorm party smile, and that way of stepping onto the block that reminds you of Hanna-Barbera characters pretending to be serious.
She’s the mascot who makes noise all on her own: jumps, puts on a show, asks for applause, and gets it.

FREE – Freestyle

Free’s tiger is a true diva of ’60s cartoons: perfect stripes, a Penelope Pitstop pose in feline form, and that bold confidence of someone crossing campus convinced the spotlight follows her.
He doesn’t walk: he struts. He doesn’t start: he bursts off. He doesn’t swim: he roars in the chlorine.

BACK – Backstroke

Back brings a panther that looks like it came straight from one of those absurd Wacky Races moments, when animals teamed up with no logic at all.
His style is simple: he floats like a philosopher, turns like a missile, smiles like a vintage cartoon who knows he’s winning.

MEDLEY – Medley

Medley arrives with a muscular mastiff, wanting to be the official campus mascot: massive, proud, and with the confidence of a Hanna-Barbera character entering the pool knowing everyone already fears him.
It holds together the four styles like a model student holds together four exams but with a social life wrecked by too many workouts.
