The user undertakes, granting Autori srl the fullest indemnity, to use the site and any service provided or content transmitted solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all the terms of use specified anywhere on the site, the user remaining fully liable for any consequence arising from any unlawful use and/or from the breach of any applicable law.

Warranties and Liability.

Autori srl offers no specific warranty regarding the results expected, hoped for or obtained from the use of the site. Furthermore, Autori srl cannot in any way be held liable for customer dissatisfaction regarding the composition and scale of the patterns and the colour shades configured on the swimsuit (through the configurator) by the user at the time of purchase, as this may depend on the customer's monitor settings, colour settings and other video devices. Autori srl therefore undertakes to compensate customers only in the event of an incorrect size on delivery of the swimsuit.

Intellectual and Industrial Property.
All contents of the site are the exclusive and reserved property of Autori Srl, as is the trademark Boneswimmer, the exclusive and reserved property of Autori srl, Via XX Settembre 4 - 21013 GALLARATE (VA), Tel. +390331780778, email: info@boneswimmer.it - VAT no. 02131370021. All contents are protected by the national and international laws in force on the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.

Protection of personal data on the site.
