Refund policy

Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind about any item bought online, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (art. 52 et seq.). This applies to every product in the catalogue, including sale items and the Last Chance category.

How it works

  • Tell us about your return within 14 days of delivery: from your customer account (select the order and follow the guided procedure) or by writing to info@boneswimmer.it with your order number and the items you are returning. You will receive a confirmation by email.
  • Send the items within 14 days of notifying us, using a tracked service.
  • Refund within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, to the same payment method used for the purchase (card or PayPal). We may wait until we receive the items, or proof of shipment, before processing it.

What we refund
The full price of the returned items. If you return the whole order, we also refund the standard delivery cost. Return shipping costs are yours to pay, unless the items are faulty or we made a mistake: in that case we arrange collection free of charge.

Condition of items
Items must be intact, unused, unwashed, with their tag and hygiene liner where present, in the same condition in which you received them. Every return is inspected. Used or damaged items, or items without a tag, may be refused or only partially refunded, within the limits set by law.

Exclusions provided by law
Items that are customised or made to your specifications (custom graphics, names, team logos) cannot be returned, nor can items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery.

Size or model exchange — Italy

  • Place a new order with the items you want to receive.
  • In the order notes, write: «Chiedo consegna con ritiro precedente ordine n° XXXXX» (Please deliver and collect previous order no. XXXXX).
  • Complete payment for the new order.
  • Pack the items you are returning in a bag and hand it to the courier on the day the new order is delivered.

The courier delivers the new order and collects the items being replaced at the same time. After inspection, we refund the returned items within 14 days. From outside Italy, an exchange works as a new order plus a separate return.

Returns — Italy

Option 1: collection arranged by Boneswimmer. Write to info@boneswimmer.it with the subject «Reso ordine n° XXXXX con presa» (Return order no. XXXXX with collection), listing the items you are returning, your preferred collection day (a time slot cannot be chosen), full address, name and phone number. A collection fee of 8,99 € will be deducted from the refund.

Option 2: you arrange shipping. You can choose any courier you like, as long as the shipment is trackable. We are not responsible for goods sent without tracking or lost in transit.

Returns — outside Italy
Return shipping is at your expense and must be trackable. For non-EU countries, any duties, import VAT and customs clearance costs are yours to pay and are not refunded.

Faulty items
All items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If you receive a faulty item or one different from what you ordered, write to us within a few days with a photo and your order number: we arrange collection and replacement or refund, free of charge.
