Ankle Band Pro · Arena

Ankle Band Pro Arena. An ankle band for strength work and body-position control in the pool.

Made from silicone, it does one job and does it plainly: it stops your legs and puts the work on body position and upper body.

How to use the Ankle Band Pro

• Slip it round your ankles to hold them together: no kick, so arms and core do the work and you have to keep your body in line.
• Built for experienced swimmers; on and off in seconds, and it stays put.
• Pair it with a pull buoy for pull-only sets.
