Elite Finger Paddle by Arena for BONESWIMMER: finger paddles for strength work and a cleaner stroke. Built for swimmers who train to perform.

Compact shape, solid resistance and a better feel for the water. Adjustable straps keep them stable and comfortable.

How to use the Elite Finger Paddle

• They sit on your fingers and leave the palm free, so you feel the water better on the catch.
• The strap has several positions: adjust it until the paddle stays put.
• Good for all four strokes. They work the forearm without overloading the shoulders.
• One size. Materials: 90% polyethylene, 10% thermoplastic rubber; rounded edge so you don't clip the swimmer next to you.
