Exchange, Return, and Withdrawal Policy
Products purchased can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. You are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for returned products, excluding any shipping costs incurred, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the digital function integrated into Shopify, accessible from the customer account at the following link: Withdraw from the contract.
After logging into your customer account, you can select the order and, if it meets the conditions, submit a withdrawal, return, or cancellation request through the guided procedure. BONESWIMMER will process the request, and you will receive an electronic confirmation.
The merchandise must be intact, pristine, unused, with tags, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions or returns sent after the deadline.
No exchanges or returns are accepted in cases provided by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made items. For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused for sealed items that are not suitable for return and have been opened after delivery. Any limitations related to items in the LAST CHANCE category apply only as permitted by law.
For countries with customs, return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any customs clearance fees and duties.
Exchange — Italy
To make an exchange, follow this procedure:
- Place a new order for the items you wish to receive.
- In the order notes, write: "Request delivery with pickup of previous order no. XXXXX".
- Complete payment for the new order.
- Prepare the items to be returned in a package to hand over to the courier.
The courier will simultaneously deliver the new order and collect the return. Once received at our offices, the merchandise will be inspected and, if compliant with return conditions, the refund will be processed according to applicable legal timelines.
Return — Italy
Option 1: Pickup organized by BONESWIMMER
Contact us at info@boneswimmer.it with the subject "Return order no. XXXXX with pickup" and provide:
- Items to be returned
- Preferred day for pickup (specific times cannot be chosen)
- Full address, first and last name, and phone number
Once received at our offices, the merchandise will be inspected and, if compliant with return conditions, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. For pickups organized by BONESWIMMER, a shipping fee of €8.99 will be deducted.
Option 2: Customer-arranged shipping
You may choose any courier, provided the shipment is trackable. We are not responsible for items sent without tracking or lost during transit.
Once received at our offices, the merchandise will be inspected and, if compliant with return conditions, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return — International
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be trackable. We are not responsible for items sent without tracking or lost during transit.
For countries subject to customs, any customs clearance fees, duties, or related charges for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
Once received at our offices, the merchandise will be inspected and, if compliant with return conditions, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
